EYL Networx is a not-for-profit fellowship connecting early childhood leaders across Western Australia. We share articles, research, and free resources to strengthen leadership and practice across the sector.
WA's AEDC results declined faster than any other state — especially in social competence and emotional maturity. What does the data demand of us as leaders?
Pedagogical leadership is not about having all the answers — it is about creating the conditions for collective inquiry and shared ownership of practice.
When educators feel safe to speak up, ask for help, and admit mistakes, the whole service benefits — and so do the children.
EYL Networx holds monthly meetings open to all early childhood educators and leaders in Western Australia. Our meetings are a space for collective learning, sector discussion, and genuine peer connection — no agenda other than making each other better.
Meetings are free. Everyone is welcome. Dates and locations will be posted here as they are confirmed.

EYL Networx is a not-for-profit fellowship founded and run by early childhood educators and directors in Perth, Western Australia. We exist because we believe the people closest to children and families are best placed to lead change in the sector.
We are volunteer-led, governed by a committee of working practitioners, and open to any ECEC educator or leader who wants to connect, share, and grow. No membership fees. No hierarchy. Just a shared commitment to better outcomes for children.
We are always looking for passionate ECEC educators and leaders to join our executive committee as volunteers.
